Clico
Clico is a browser-native AI assistant built to make AI interactions feel less disconnected from the actual work happening online.
Instead of operating through a separate chatbot window, the extension lives directly inside the browser and understands the context of the webpage the user is currently viewing. That allows it to help with writing, summarization, rewriting, and productivity tasks without requiring endless copying, pasting, and manual explanation.
The core idea behind the product is that AI becomes much more useful when it can see the same environment the user is working in.
Built directly into the workflow
A lot of AI tools still interrupt workflow rather than integrate into it. Users constantly switch tabs, move text between apps, and rebuild context every time they want assistance.
Clico takes a more embedded approach by turning the browser itself into the workspace for AI interaction. The assistant can work directly inside textboxes and webpages, making the experience feel much more seamless and immediate.
That makes the product especially useful for people whose work already lives inside the browser, whether that’s email, research, customer support, writing, documentation, or online collaboration.
Context is the real feature
What separates Clico from many traditional writing assistants is not simply text generation, but contextual awareness.
Because the system can understand the surrounding webpage, responses can be much more relevant to the actual task at hand. Users spend less time re-explaining information and more time refining output.
That shift toward context-aware assistance is becoming increasingly important across AI software. As language models become widely accessible, the real differentiator is often how deeply the assistant can integrate into real workflows and understand what the user is already looking at in the moment.
