Welcome to USeek ("the Service"), a curated directory for high-quality digital products. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Scope of Service

USeek provides a curated index of digital products, including SaaS tools, web applications, mobile apps, and related software.

The Service may evolve over time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

2. Accounts and Authentication

USeek currently supports third-party authentication (such as Google OAuth).

By signing in, you agree:

  • That you are responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

3. Product Listings and Submissions

3.1 Submission and Eligibility

By submitting a product, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the right to promote or represent the product
  • All submitted information is accurate and not misleading
  • The product complies with applicable laws and does not violate third-party rights

3.2 Review and Approval

All submissions are subject to review.

We evaluate products based on criteria including (but not limited to):

  • Functionality and usefulness
  • Originality and quality
  • Compliance with platform standards

Submission does not guarantee approval or publication.

3.3 Independent Listing (Curation)

USeek may independently create listings for publicly available products without prior request ("curated listings").

If you are the owner of such a product, you may:

  • Claim ownership of the listing
  • Request edits or removal

3.4 Removal and Moderation

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject, remove, or modify any listing
  • Hide or de-index content
  • Take action without prior notice or explanation

This applies regardless of whether a listing was submitted by a user or curated by USeek.

4. User Content and License

You retain ownership of any content you submit.

By submitting content (including product information, logos, and screenshots), you grant USeek a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Display and distribute the content
  • Promote the listing within the Service
  • Use the content for platform-related purposes

You are solely responsible for the content you provide.

5. Platform Integrity and Fair Use

To maintain a high-quality ecosystem, you agree not to:

  • Submit spam, misleading, or low-quality products
  • Impersonate other products, brands, or entities
  • Manipulate metrics (such as views or votes, if applicable in future features)
  • Use automated tools or scripts to abuse the Service

We reserve the right to take enforcement actions, including removal of content or account suspension.

6. SEO, Visibility, and No Guarantees

USeek may provide exposure, including backlinks and visibility within the directory.

However, you acknowledge and agree:

  • We do not guarantee traffic, rankings, or user acquisition
  • We do not guarantee SEO impact or search engine performance
  • Visibility (including featured placement) is not permanent and may change

7. Future Paid Features

USeek may introduce optional paid features in the future, including but not limited to:

  • Priority review (fast-track submission)
  • Featured placements or promotional slots

Payment for such features does not guarantee:

  • Approval of a submission
  • Continued listing
  • Specific performance outcomes

If a submission violates these Terms, it may be removed regardless of payment.

Listings on USeek may contain links to third-party websites.

We do not control and are not responsible for:

  • The content of external websites
  • Their availability, accuracy, or practices

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Availability or reliability of the Service
  • Accuracy or completeness of listings
  • Fitness for a particular purpose

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, USeek shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, traffic, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Any reliance on information provided through the Service

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice.

Upon termination:

  • Your access rights will cease immediately
  • We may remove associated content or data

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws.
